These terms govern your use of Crevers. By creating an account you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
Crevers is a web application that uses AI to help you produce content: ideas, scripts, captions, carousels, voiceovers and repurposed content for social platforms. It is a tool that produces drafts. You decide what to publish.
If something has gone wrong, contact us within 48 hours of payment and we will look at it. Refunds are handled case by case. We are more likely to refund where the service failed than where a plan simply went unused.
Codes grant a plan for a set period. They are limited in number, can be used once per account, and only upgrade you above your current plan. When the period ends your account returns to Free. We will email you before that happens.
Your content is yours. Anything you create with Crevers belongs to you. You can use it commercially. We claim no ownership over it.
Crevers is ours. The platform, its design, code and branding remain our property. These terms do not give you any rights over them.
We store your content so you can access it, and process it through the providers described in our Privacy Policy in order to generate results for you. We do not use your content to train our own models.
Do not use Crevers to create or distribute:
Also do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, resell access without our agreement, or use automated tools to create accounts or extract data.
We may suspend or close accounts that breach these rules.
AI can be wrong. It can produce inaccurate statements, and it can produce text similar to something it has seen before. Check anything you publish. You are responsible for what you post, not us.
We do not guarantee that generated content is accurate, original or suitable for any particular purpose, and we make no promises about how it will perform on any platform.
We aim to keep Crevers running but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may need to take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on third parties that can fail. We may change or discontinue features, and where a change is significant we will give reasonable notice.
To the extent the law allows, Crevers is provided as is, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits, lost audience or lost data. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You can stop using Crevers and request deletion at any time by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, or where required by law. If we close your account without cause, we will refund the unused part of any paid period.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the current version. Where a change materially affects your rights we will tell you by email or in the app. Continuing to use Crevers after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
